1. Agreement to Terms & Beta Software Notice

By accessing Sentinel, you acknowledge that the platform is currently provided as a Beta product on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis without warranties of any kind.

2. Use of Algorithmic Sentiment Metrics

Sentinel outputs compound sentiment scores (-1.0 to +1.0), macro surprise metrics, and risk factor labels. You acknowledge that:

• No Execution or Fiduciary Duty: Sentinel does not execute market trades or manage user portfolios.
• Simulated & Algorithmic Outputs: Sentiment calculations are generated via automated NLP models and carry inherent statistical margin of error.
• Assumption of Financial Risk: You assume 100% responsibility for any capital allocation decisions made using real funds outside of Sentinel.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, CARE prompt schemas, mathematical scoring algorithms, UI components, and branding are the exclusive property of Partna Studio and protected under international copyright laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Sentinel, its parent company Partna Studio, officers, or developers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from market trades, lost profits, or reliance on platform metrics.
